Returns

We currently ship via USPS. We also offer Free In-Store Pickup on all orders.

Shipping Rates are displayed at checkout, before you place your order.

Shipping Times: You can expect your order to ship out the same day it’s placed if ordered by 3pm ET on a Business Day. Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm ET or over the weekend will ship out the following Monday.* Please note: shipping carriers may not consider the day your order leaves our warehouse to be a day in transit.

Tracking Information will be automatically emailed to you after your order ships. If you don't receive tracking information but believe your order should have already shipped, please check your Junk Mail email folder. Packages are delivered without a signature required to provide better customer convenience. Customers are responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. If you would like to have a signature required for delivery, please email Customer Service at [email protected] and we can add the requirement for $8.00 if the order has not already been processed.

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 30 days and we'll replace it, give you a refund, or in-store credit. Please read below for more details.

  • Returns eligible for 30 days after purchase, with an original receipt and/or proof of purchase.
  • All returned items must be in its original unused condition and packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including sale items, gift cards and perishable goods.
  • When the circumstances deem it necessary, we reserve the right to authorize partial refunds. All returns are at our sole discretion.

Products can be brought into an Alpine Cycles store location to start the return process.

Contact Us and we will provide a Pre-Paid Shipping Label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds.

Follow the return process below, and ship out your package only when instructed.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate the return, refund, or exchange of any products, please Contact Us at your earliest convenience. Please provide a receipt and/or proof of purchase, along with photographs and/or videos that clearly illustrate any product defects, mistakes in processing, or other issues.   

Once an inquiry is sent, a customer service representative will reply and explore the available options to address any issues with your order.

Refunds may be made in gift cards or directly towards your credit card or original method of payment. Under most circumstances, you will be given a choice between these two, as well as clearly told the value of any gift card or refund. If we issue a refund to the original method of payment, a credit will be automatically applied within a few days.

For return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
